A program to remember well empowers people with necessary skills: It is about Skills for Tomorrow (SkiTo)!
It was Skills for Tomorrow again and was held in the beautiful Azores, Portugal from October 11th–15th, 2024 with the participation of youth workers from Romania, Greece, North Macedonia and the Azores.The program aimed to:
-Develop and enrich soft skills as well as the ability to analyze and solve issues.
-Eradicate employment hurdles that new employees experience.
-Develop leadership and career readiness.
In a process of 4 workshops with youth workers, people with sensory disabilities and their supporters, 29 participants were involved actively.
SkiTo enabled participants to work in teams and carry out several activities to foster organizational and community change.
