
Project “Kyklothea”
“Application of Circular Economy Principles and Creation of a Greenhouse at the EEEEK of Kallithea”, approved by Decision No. 315.3.4/2025 of the Board of Directors of the Green Fund, within the framework of the Funding Program “NATURAL ENVIRONMENT & CLIMATE NEUTRALITY 2024”, Axis 2 “INNOVATIVE ACTIONS WITH CITIZENS.”
The “Kyklothea” program is an innovative educational and environmental initiative implemented at the EEEEK of Kallithea, aiming to strengthen the vocational education of students with special educational needs through the use of agronomy and the principles of the circular economy.
The program is carried out within actions supported by the Green Fund, reinforcing initiatives that link education with environmental awareness and sustainable development.
Main objectives of the program include:
the development of students’ practical and vocational skills
the enhancement of autonomy, cooperation, and responsibility
the cultivation of environmental awareness and sustainable practices
the connection of the educational process with realistic work environments
Activities and educational framework
Within the program, students participate in agronomic and environmental activities such as plant cultivation, greenhouse maintenance, and the application of modern cultivation practices. The activities are designed in a way that is adapted to the students’ needs, promoting learning through practice and experience.

the Municipality of Kallithea
MYARTIST Social Cooperative Enterprise (Koin.S.Ep.) as the coordinating body
with the support of the Green Fund
Target group
The program is addressed to students of Special Vocational Education, educators, and the wider school community, promoting equal participation, empowerment, and active engagement of all those involved.
