He graduated in 2019 from the University of Ioannina, Department of Fine Arts and Art Sciences, specializing in Painting with a focus on Printmaking. His practice includes techniques such as woodcut, linocut, etching, and drypoint. Prior to this, he studied Computer Science and Computer Engineering at the same university, an academic background that informs the structural and methodological approach evident in his artistic work.
His work has been presented in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Greece and internationally, including major institutions and events such as the Yerevan International Print Biennale, the Krakow Print Triennial, and the Salerno Biennale of Contemporary Art. He has exhibited in museums and cultural venues including the Saatchi Gallery, the Epigraphic Museum of Athens, the Melina Mercouri Cultural Center, the Gounaropoulos Museum, and the Basilica of Saint Mark, as well as galleries across Europe and Asia.
In 2025, he was awarded First Prize at the Panhellenic Visual Arts Competition of the Parnassos Literary Society. His works have also been selected through international juried processes among hundreds of artists worldwide. He has held solo exhibitions in printmaking, developing a distinctive artistic language that balances traditional techniques with contemporary visual exploration. A significant milestone in his career was the solo exhibition “The Course of the Line” (2022), which presented a series of print works designed with full accessibility for diverse audiences.
Beyond his artistic production, his practice extends into curatorial and educational fields. He actively participates in festivals and inclusive art programs such as the NEVRONAS FESTival, where he has curated exhibitions and coordinated workshops. He has taught printmaking and visual arts across all levels of education, as well as in adult education settings and programs for socially vulnerable groups, promoting accessibility in the arts. He is also involved in publishing activities, including book illustration and contributions to academic journals.
His artistic work is characterized by strong materiality, an emphasis on the gesture of engraving, and thematic references drawn from nature, human experience, and social awareness. Through his continuous engagement with graphic arts, he seeks to synthesize traditional and contemporary expressive media, actively contributing to the contemporary Greek printmaking scene.
