Taste for All

Discover Taste for All training course, an Erasmus+ journey, in Marrakech, Morocco from October 28th to November 3rd, 2024. Implemented by Babilon Travel NGO, this program gathered 32 participants, especially youth workers from Romania, Morocco, Greece, and Spain to discuss innovative gastronomy and the usage of eco-foods.

Participants are introduced to new food technologies; practice zero-waste and plant-based meals; and mix as a diverse team to share their cuisines and create a virtual cookbook on intercultural dishes.Participants are engaged in a unique blend of theoretical and practical activities aimed at improving innovation in gastronomy, promoting sustainable culinary practices.

The project aims to teach, understand but most of all share, passion for gastronomy and sustainability as it emphasizes on the importance of sustainable cooking methods, such as zero-waste cooking and plant-based diets.
